This week has been a challenge. I’m waking up earlier that I have ever had to (5:30am) and not getting back home until the evening. Unfortunately, working out and eating right have totally taken a back seat but I’m trying to figure out ways to fit in exercise when I can (taking the stairs instead of the elevator) and eliminating stress snacking!
