Overnight Oats

Baked Banana Oatmeal

  • 1 cup oats
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 banana

Combine everything and top with the banana. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes

Breakfast Pancakes

  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1 scoop nut butter

Apple Oat Muffins

  • 2 cups peeled, finely diced apples, such as McIntosh (2 to 3 medium apples)
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup quick-cooking oats
  • ⅔ cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. baking soda
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 8 oz. plain low-fat yogurt (1 cup)
  • ¼ cup non-fat milk
  • 2 Tbs. vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  1. Preheat oven to 400F. Coat 12 standard muffin pan cups with cooking spray.
  2. Place diced apple on paper towels to drain; pat dry. Combine flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in medium bowl, and stir with whisk. Combine yogurt, milk, oil, vanilla and egg in small bowl and stir to blend. Make well in center of flour mixture; add milk mixture, stirring just until moist. Mix in apple.
  3. Divide batter evenly among prepared cups. Bake 20 minutes, or until muffins spring back when pressed lightly in center. Remove from pan, and cool on wire rack (or eat right away!)

  • 14 almonds
  • 16 pop chips
  • 4 milk chocolate chips
  • 1 vitamuffin vitatop
  • 3 cups plain popcorn
  • 1 packet plain Quaker instant oatmeal
  • 1 Yoplait light yogurt
  • 1 cup baby carrots with 2 tbsp hummus
  • 1 tbsp peanuts, 2 tbsp dried cherries
  • ½ cup applesauce
  • 18 fat free Rold Gold tiny twists
  • 28 grapes
  • 1 sheet graham crackers
  • 1 Skinny Cow fat free fudge bar

Workout Cookies

  • ¼ cup whole wheat flour
  • ¾ cup oats
  • ¼ cup flaxseed meal
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 6oz plain greek yogurt
  • 1/8 cup canola oil

DINNER

Black Bean Burger

  • ½ medium red onion (chopped)
  • ¼ cup carrots, grated
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley
  • 2 cups black beans
  • 1 tbsp Dijon
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Heat skillet on medium with spray, add onion, carrots and sauté for 2 minutes, stir powders in. Turn off and cool, Add to food processor, add beans, process until chunky, stir in crumbs, mustard, salt and pepper. Cook on grill.

Easy Microwave Cookie

  • 1 banana (ripe)
  • add ins (cranberries, raisins)
  • 1 cp oats

Spray cookie sheet and cook in microwave or oven!

Healthy Glaze for Cookies, Cakes, etc.

  • almond milk

Mix and drizzle

Easy, Healthy Ice Cream
(recipe by Cassie Ho of Blogilates)

  • 1 banana (frozen into mini coins)
  • 1 scoop nut butter

Blend until ice cream consistency (add almond milk if necessary)
